i take around 360mg oxycodone + 160mg oxymorphone ER daily. My dr. switched my roxicodone (90mg x 6 hours) to Nucynta (100mg x 6 hours). 100mg Nucynta is comparable to 10mg oxycodone. Maximum dose for Nucynta in one day is 700mg (coming from official website's prescribing information).
